In the Oud Incense Burner, we guarantee you a worry-free shopping experience, so we provide a flexible return and exchange policy according to the following conditions: The customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 10 days of receipt. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and the purchase invoice. Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases: if the product has been opened or used; if the packaging is damaged or dirty; except for products with a manufacturing defect. If a different product is received than ordered, the customer has the right to immediately exchange it without any additional costs. Oud oils cannot be exchanged or returned if used or touched the skin. The customer is allowed to try up to 5 grams of the Oud, and any amount exceeding that will be deducted from the refunded amount. If there is no mistake in the order, the customer bears the shipping and return costs. In case of a manufacturing defect, the store bears all costs related to shipping and returns. The return fee is fixed at 23 Saudi Riyals. For international orders, the customer bears customs fees, and the store is not responsible for refunding them in case of return or exchange. Orders paid via Tabea or Tamara cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. To request a return or exchange, please contact customer service.
